omsp problem!

Hi everyone,
Since my mega virus attack, and almost losing everything, I have to wait to get my computer dumped and re-done. Won't bore you here, I wrote a blog all about it.
So, witth nothing else to do, I got out 3 and a couple of ep's ( I have world adventures too, but my computer can't handle all of that! ) So, have been trying to build houses and have pulled out half of my hair!
I got a few omsp's but none of them work! I got Mango's and turn on these cheats (moveObjects on and disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on) that's the only two I know , and how I wrote them here is how I put them in the cheat box.
I cannot get ANYTHING to jump up on the omsp!!!!
How the heck to you do that????
I also have 4 or 5 sidetables and nothing will go on them either! And they said they had 2 or 3 slots.

I don't have Pets, just basegame, Highend Loft and Outdoor Living. Also, I have tried (4 times) to update my game thru the Launcher and it spent 4 hours and only got to 3% downloaded! I get internet off Hotspot on my phone, and I had to stop it all 4 times because my phone got sooooooo hot!

Well, apparently since i can't download the patch, I can't fix the problems, so. will just do the best I can!

Pam, if you're on dial up maybe patching thru the launcher might be a bad thing. If you can download stuff, try the manual patch here at Simsprograms Patch 1.33.2 Grab that patch then install it manually. I don't think you need all the other patches before 1.33.

Then go to get your OMSP's from Mango (it's updated to 1.26 at least) and the other one I recommend would be this OMSP that works for any height: Granthes OMSP at MTS

For 3rd party CC, get anything dated past October 26 because chances are they're at least 1.26 and up compatible. Also, look at some of your faves because most creators will have re-uploaded them fixed for at least 1.26 and up patch. I've done this and had to rebuild my 3rd party CC from scratch. Not everyone's fixed their CC so I just keep getting newer ones.

Well, I tried that but to download the files is 12 hours! I can't do that, I would burn up my phone! :| So I'll just deal with it the way it is, it's fine.

You can also get the patch here if need be and Granthes OMSP is the best. I use no other because you can make it any height you need.

Hi, yes I am finally getting my computer fixed tonight and I am taking it to my son=in-laws, sisters house, she has high speed internet! Yaaaaay! So I can patch 3 and hopefully play. I will start playing 2 again when I can buy seasons, al and bv! 3 isn't so bad, I've kinda got the hang of it!

Well, not good news!
My son-in-law waited too long to use the Windows 7 download (it was time sensitive) and it wouldn't work, so I am stuck with a half-working computer still! I am so angry!!!! I should have just sent it to the computer guy, now I have to wait a whole month AGAIN! Argggggggggggggggggggggggggg.
Oh well, it could be worse I guess, at least I can get on the internet for a little while and play 3 for a whole big 20-30 minutes until it crashes and I lose what I'm doing!
