    Looking for Really nice sims 2 make up. eye lashes etc
    also looking for pretty sims 2 default head replacements with instructions how to install

    There are some here and in that post there is a huge list of other default faces (Im supposing that's what you mean by default heads?). As far as I know you only put them in your download folder, (just make sure you only have one default replacement per face.)
