The site was up yesterday. Hopefully just a server issue.
As per usual; I've started working on a mirror of the website - just in case. This is what I have so far. It isn't much; with only a few dozen .zip's, but it's better than nothing at this point.
I'm slightly concerned that all my efforts to contact the site owners (via domain email and their personal Hotmail accounts) have resulted in bounced mail
It seems like they're back online.
