Byebye Having big problems with my PC

    Hello
I really hope it is ok that I ask about this in this thread ...
I am going crazy and I can find nothing that helps ... I've called and asked but I have not received any help from the service because my computer is over 2 years old.

My problem is that my computer works fine to play Guitar Hero and watch movies but as soon I'm going to play sims, go out on the internet or do anything in Windows Explorer, viewing images and H, or go on the control panel, and things will start my computer on itself .... and it can do this 5-6 times in a row. I formatted the computer 6-7 times by now and it does not work .... I have bytit out anti-virus program and now the moment you sit Norton360 on the computer ... but I can not update anti-virus because the computer shuts down and just restarts ....

I would like some advice on how I should do to try and fix my computer problems yourself and save money before I throw in the towel and leave it in for repair .... I miss my SIMS and chat with friends .... The only thing I can do is to borrow my son's laptop to see what happens ... I want to use my computer and download all new things that I want ...

Please help me ....I would be so thankful for every little thing

    P.s I have Windows Vista

I'm not a computer expert....but It can be a lot of things ..Either your motherboard is overloaded and stop (the extinction from your pc) to Protect for your data.......maybe a graphic card 's problem.....( your graphic drivers are uptodates?)...it can also be a processor overheating!!!!
A trojan can also be the problem!!!
ButIt can be something less serious.....what I will do is first clean the computer...often PC don't run fine just because of dust in it!!...so first of all clean your PC..I do that with a little brush...and then you will see if it works fine again or not...but as I said before..i'm not an computer expert..lol

Well I don't have Vista but I read some things about your problem and maybe it's because of an update? Have you had updates on your op system before the problem has started?
I know it's tiny idea but it's some kind of path where you can start to figure out this issue!
