Thanks so much everybody...your comments really keep me going. I dont answer so much at the moment as i have constant early contractions and its prety exhausting, but i am here...

Schneekatze, yes i also saw that Ikea thingy a few months back and loved it.

About styles: I tend to get hocked on one style and decorate it all over and after a while i really can't see it anymore. At the moment this is the case with shabby chick and industrial...Just did it to often. Creepy is also abit boring, ( i am on the modern trip atm), but today i really had to.

I was looking for another makeover project, which something modern in mind, and then i saw this:

I mean EA...WTF??? 2,5 stories stairs to your house? Why? And why like this??? On the other hand: This lot is really a DREAM!!!

1000 pictures and stories jump in my head when i see this kind of lots...I played abit with the idea of giving a treehouse a shot, but it still looked stupid and to wanne-be. And this hidden little place screams 'creep me up'. So i am giving in...lol.

This is my WIP at the moment:

Let's see if it gets me hocked...

After submitting my DOTY i am DESPERATELY bored and completly out of inspiration - feelig so lost and empty... Not in the mood to do that creepy swamp house anymore...Baaah...
After trying to PLAY the game for 30mins i was already bored, looking for a project...Guess i am just a hormonal, moody b* at the moment lol...

Guys can you maybe just trow an idea on me, or a style, or a challenge, or a difficult layout, or a story, or a make-over lot, or a colour palette??? Something different, new, exiting??? Pretty pleeeeeaaaase??? Cat is getting nuts, waiting for her baybay...

Love your album Hania, despite the fact i don't play with TS3 at all, but your decorations and pics are just droolworthy ;) And i am drooling over all those nice TS3 items i want in my TS2.. LOL.. The scenery in TS3 is to die for too, tho, but i never got very excited about the game and stayed with TS2.

I have a little story for you...

Sometimes you stumble over places long lost, lifting a branch here, tearing down ivy there growing more and more amazed at what you find. Trenton had found such a place, out walking with Saffron - his very best, four legged, barking friend - a few weeks prior to his disappearance. His diary reported so, giving very exact details as to how many broken pieces of china, and what kind, he had found digging out what to Professor Moodwidge, who had been asked to identify the place by the police from the description, seemed to probably be an old worker's cottage long since lost to the forest.

"But there are lots of those around. I think, what you should focus on, if you want to find the boy, is his story about the mummy."

"That's just a story", the detective had protested.

"Well, perhaps so. But I was in Egypt when they opened The Long Lost King's Tomb, and he offered us tea only to remember he couldn't because he had no water."

There was that look between the detective and his younger female companion that clearly meant "yeah, I know, he is a lunatic". Professor Moodwidge was well used to that one. No one had ever believed his story about the mummy king offering him tea.

"From his writings, it seems he stumbled upon a sarcophagus in his hunt for porcelain. Containing, apparently, the very late owner of said cottage. A very grateful owner, tired of being entombed."

    Again, that look.

"He says here 'and tomorrow, he promised to take me fishing in his favourite spot. Only, it is three days up into the mountains. He said to bring a torch, good boots and something to eat. I asked mum if I could go. She only mumbled. I suppose that means okay...dad didn't even look up from the telly, so he probably wouldn't mind if I go. Now, to find food.' Was there food missing, and clothes?"

    "Yes."

"There you go then. The boy is probably heading for Rivlon Lake. It is a mere 2 hours by car nowadays. Go have a look."

The detectives didn't. Preferring to continue on the assumption that the boy had been kidnapped by someone, interrogating neighbours and friends from all around town until on the 12th day from his disappearance the boy turned up wondering what all the fuss was about, fish in his backpack, smiling widely as he told everyone about the mummy who lived in the forest and made the best grilled fish he had ever had.

However, no matter how the police searched, no matter how many times they had the boy try to lead them to the mummy's cottage, did they ever find neither sarcophagus nor said former man.

    ***
Hope that gives you a bit of inspiration.

Your challenge, should you accept, is to build this hidden, tumbled down cottage. There can't be a single room that is whole and not overgrown, but there must still be traces of rooms like the bathroom, the former bedroom, kitchen etc. But just traces, leaving us guessing as to what room was what.

Aaaaaw a stooooryyy! I love storys...Did you write it yourself?
Just what i needed to get me going...Hidden cottage in the forrest, yum yum... Don't know where to implement that mumy, but maybe not so important. The whole thing reminds me abit of 'the hut', where this guy meets god and jesus in the hut, his daughter was killed. Amazing book...

Cool, will give it a go for sure! Thanks so much for the effort Camille!!!

No effort at all. I love writing little, short stories (I've never been able to master longer ones since I loose track of them). For me, writing stories is relaxing for a little bit. And well, you gave me the inspiration by abandoning that hut of yours for now. ;)
