Another update as i finished the challenge that mac gave me at LS. I was suppose to rebuilt and redecorate the burnt down art gallery in sunset valley. It was really fun, tho i normally don't like museums and decorating 'minimal' is not my strength...but well, i tried. The lightning in this building is alltogeather pretty bad somehow and alot of glowing going on, but i gave up adjusting it.

Pics are btw done with my new graphic card...i looooooooooooove this notebook. Its super duper fast and it listens to me...haha.

The artgallery has 3 main halls (one upstairs) and a starbucks. At the moment there is a big Matthew Stephens exhibition and a featured installment calling 'slaves of modern love' (lol). Hope you enjoy...

What an amazing lot - I always thought it was a shame how limited the art selection is in the game. Nice selection (and I like the sculptures too).

I love your work! The grungy decorating you do is superb and your pictures are awesome! Your nursery is super cute, congrats on your baby, by the way! I love how your gallery came out too. I especially like the Starbucks area you incorporated. I know what you mean about the "glowing" that happens with TS3, it's hard to get whites to look truly white without glowing or looking grayish. It's really my only complaint about TS3 but it's kind of limiting, no white walls, it never looks right.

Thanks Allegara and Tim...:-) I have to find in photoshop or Topaz where the white glowing can be adjusted. I mean it has to be possible, its PHOTOSHOP! Haha...does anybody have a tip?

I just got sooo inspired...found this amazing world 'arkham' by Martine...( http://martinecoppens.blogspot.se/20...ad-arkham.html ) which is super industrial and i just started to place some lots there.
Will redecorate this city-church to a home over the weekend i guess...make it all lofty and stuff... hmmmm, well at least something in the direction. Anybody wants to join for a makeover???

Hmmm...The only thing I can think of at the moment is to either lower the brighness a tad or change the contrast to a level that your happy with. I don't play Sims 3 (...yet. I got it for my birthday last year, but I'm waiting for my new computer to come in as my current comp. is woefully inadequate to handle Sims 2 and Sims 3 together) so I haven't tried to reduce the glaring whites. Just experiment with stuff until you're happy with the outcome.

Can't wait to see your S3 pics Tim!!! Totally can't wait.

Thanks Lalala, i have deep sentiments for this apartment, hehe.

So, as i said i was very impressed and inspired by the world 'Akham' and bulit a little urban house today. Finally tried out some ideas i had and saw elsewhere and i kind of like th result. Tried also to make it look urban, but not to trashy...Let's see what i will do with the inside tomorrow..

Hope you like it. Feedback on deco, angles and editing is also always very welcomed.
