Another question...just playing with some ideas. As basements are so 'closed' ingame and the square allowance is 40: Are we allowed to acctually make the basement bigger, add arches or windows to the enclosed basement rooms (wouldnt be daylight with the windows) but keep the decoration to 40sqares? Or can't the whole thing extend 40?

Maron, photoshopping is allowed.
It doesn't have to actually be an "in the ground" basement, we're not to know from looking at interior pics where is it so as long as there is no natural light and it looks like a basement you could put it on the 4th floor if it makes picture taking easier. You wouldn't have windows in a basement though, but arches are fine for decor purposes.Originally Posted by catvonpaxton
