I didn't know you could do that either and hadn't seen that tutorial, thanks Kim!

I just had to upgrade to windows 7 because my OS was corrupted and I couldn't find my vista disks. Am I going to have any new obsticals (problems) recoloring and the programs? There is also a way to play in windows mode does anyone know exactly how to do that? I know it has to do with placing -w somewhere but I can't remember where and I can't find the tutorial at Sapphire sims.

I'm using win7 and I haven't noticed any difference from winXP (haven't used Vista). Simpe and sims both work like a charm .

For playing in window mode, find the shortcut for the game (on your desktop). Right click on the shortcut, select Properties.
In the Target field add: -w at the end. Click OK.

Question...before when my simspe would load it gave me a warning about a newer sims pack (i had all installed), now a small window pops up and goes through what it's loading and the file thumbs are blank whereas they used to have the simspe logo am I missing something or was my pe just not update before?

I am still having a hard time previewing in Milkshape and SimsPE. There has got to be something I missing, any ideas?

In simspe after I open my package in workshop there is not a gmdc file. I only get that when I go to file and open, but I can't import my new recolor in the preview.

    I seriously need some help

I really could use some help, I am ready to start recoloring but I have no way of previewing my stuff unless i run my sims each time. Any pointers, help, suggestions, links whatever you got will be greatly appreciated.

If you're only recoloring I don't think there is a GMDC, click on MMAT in the Resource Tree and the file in the Resource List. Then in the Plugin View box click on Preview/view button on the bottom right. (Simpe)
