Llia : er basically the contest rules are quite simple,we ask you to create a sim 2 or a sim 3 characters which matches with the theme and post the photos of him/her in the forum excatly like every build/decorate contests .but sims are the main thing to focus on, it's quite convinient for people who doesn't know how to build and decorate well so they can take part of the fun making sims.

Hello back !!! Today I've got my third sims 3 house to show you and here we go ! The only problem I've is some of my pictures are darker than usual, it's due to Silly Kweenie forgot to put ceiling lamps on each rooms then I didn't use much lamps this time *laugh* I started my 4th house without finishing completely the 3rd one !! [fixed since]

The house looks lovely and airy from the outside can't wait to what you've done with interior and I can see why you forgot to put in ceiling lights as the natural light in the rooms must be amazing with the big picture windows. Hugs Sue

Sue: I forgot them just because I didn't think they were necessary but my photos are dark !

Lina: Yes I just adore the landcape in the sims 3 the cities are fabulous all and I love the pool water if you place a clear ground the water turns into clearer and if you place a dark ground instead the water turns into darker so a fabulous thing I missed that in the sims 2.

Anna : No sims live there for now,this is the future Linway's family house (a couple and a dog)
if somebody wants to see them I'll post them only by request.

[Hello I am back as promised.]Here's the following as promised,the interiors are ultra modern, a bit minimalism in the livingroom and clear , no curtains and some of my ideas.
Not cluttered too much.Just only what my sims need.
Sorry for the quality of the pictures without windows and lights my game is dark.
I focused on the rooms and not really on the house halls.

For the house exterior: i relly really like it, esp the pool part =) so cute and with the roses lying there
The interiors is really really cute too, esp the office decor i like the detail there and look at that neat bathroom im sure that's what my RL bathroom would dream to look like without the mess hehe

I wanted something clear,surprising and open what I need in real life I think lol.

Salma for the pool part I wanted to join the swimmingpool and the fountains but it was impossible to me so I decided to put flowers instead lol.
Sims are messy anyways even if some are neat . I wish you'll have a such bathroom in one of your future house/flat someday.
