My computer hard drive failed in October 2010. I was soooo upset. Not only were all of my personal pictures lost, but EVERYTHING I had collected and nearly everything I had created through the years was lost.
But while going through my Photobucket, I was able to take a little stroll through memory lane:
The Halloween CMC contest, literally a week before my hard drive pooped out. Creepy!
Here's another Halloween contest, this one is a sim contest, I think a DSMulsow's SimAntics. I used to be a real junkie there!
Ooo! And I stumbled across some pics of the Halloween dress I must've created a million years ago. My husband really couldn't care less about anything I create for the game, but he was walking through the room when this dress caught his eye. He didn't even slow his path to his destination, but he blurted out "Mmmm! Trampy Vampy!!!!" I thought it was absolutely brilliant name and it stuck. So here's the Trampy Vampy ballgown. Looking at these pics reminds me that those walls and floors and furniture in the pics were my creations and recolors and some of my hard drive casualties...
I don't know why I forgot about all this Halloween stuff!

Here are some pics of my mysterious girl in town for a sims challenge a while back. I think I made a mistake of making her so unlikable. Her story was that she moved into a little town an basically stole all men's affections. Oops. I thought it was funny because we've all been there in RL thinking "she's not even that pretty! Why are all the guys falling all over her?!" But I think everyone voting must've joined in on the haters' team. You're all jealous!Or maybe it's just that she really wasn't that pretty...yeah, now that I think of it, that's probably why she got maybe one vote.

DOTY 2011- I must've taken a kazillion pics while participating in DOTY. Here are some of my faves that ended up on the cutting room floor:
Just after DOTY came a great DOR contest that I totally blew. I don't think I blew it because the decorating was horrible, I just think I blew it because I decorated a space that was supposed to be a cottage, but it ended up a California Art Deco-influenced bungalow. Sometimes I just have the hardest time getting out of my own way! teehee! Way too chic for what the contest was after, but I really liked it so here are some pics.
