December is a busy month for most people,.........Im just being whiny! lol

I would actually love to enter, but I still haven't upgraded my game to the newest patch... But it takes so damn long- 5-6 hours!!
And I especially am lost of motivation, since I've patched it once, but then the whole computer froze and you can imagine what happened next....

So yea, I'm gonna stuck to TS2 for a while :P

Now srsly, amazing entries guys, I don't know whom I'm gonna vote for(if I won't forget about this lol)!!


EDIT A genius thought just crossed my mind- do I even have to upgrade the cursed game to be able to play?..... O_____O

Maron, I sympathize! And I've considered going back to Sims 2 for a while because my computer just can't hang with Sims 3 for a very long stretch of time anymore. So frustrating to be working on my entry and forget to save and have the computer crash because my system resources are overloaded, losing an hour's worth of work...

Um, unless you've downloaded some custom content recently that says you require the patch, then to the best of my knowledge, no you don't need to patch in order to play. I played (well, went in game) for quite a few days after the patch came out, because I wanted to let the dust settle a little while folks got the fixing tools sorted out.

Ill usually close at midnight (GMT) on the day......so midnight on the 16th or in the early hours of the 17th when I come online. If you need a bit of extra time, its no problem either
