Well, to answer your question, I always tend to use lots of color.. Of course, it depends on the theme of the house I´m working on. This one had the green theme so I went with more earthy tones (greens/browns)... Next step is Photoshop. Though my computer is strong and its graphic card makes the pics already nice and sharp I always use Topaz Vivacity´s Sharp and Clean to make them ... well, more sharp and cleanAlso, in each theme I use different Photoshop Action (color Burn, Color Dodge, etc) with 20% Opacity just to emphasise the whole theme, and add a little lighting effects... Guess thats it. Hope I answered your question(s).
