Problem with Subset of Recolor

I have the same problem : resource list is not showing from the beginning .It's no use finding the bar in the Window from above. Simply is hiding somewhere where I can't reach it or see it. Also the reset button which show in Edward picture is no longer there.

I solved the problem, for me at least. To relocate the resource list you must go on the top bar where File, tools, extra window and help are. On the free space right click and a window apear leting you choose between:Tools, Resource Actions, File toolbar and Windows. Choose File toolbar and the reset layout button apears ( the blue one with a red cross) . Choose reset layout and all will came to normal. If you already have this button in the top of your screen skip the part where I looked for it. Hope to solve your problem too
