Because he is a very influential priest of high class, Manetho is allowed to keep a grand garden with exotic flowers and trees, imported from the New Countries. The garden is a place of amusement and relaxation and during the hot day, the family stays in the shade of the big palm trees or under the pavillon, playing and learning.



The children's favourite place is the small pond, whereas their father is more fond of the horses.

The Zimmerman family has never liked accurate gardens- the wannabe perfection has always annoyed them. So, their front- and backyard has never been touched, the nature has been allowed to go wild.

Some may say that it is barbaric to have ones arbour looking like that, but the Zimmerman's wont agree with that persons opinion. They love their garden! It looks.. natural.

Of course, the place is not 100 percent untouched- during the 200 years, the inhabitants have implanted some flowers and bushes here and there, but after a while, they start to overgrow and spread out... If you ask me, the wild look gives some charm to the the mansion.
