I read all the posts from "anonymous" at your blog and I have to say I just don't get where this anonymous person is coming from. Lots of CC for both TS2 and TS3 is derivative. Look at all the TS2 recolors. And, as you pointed out, yours is not the only site with TS2 to TS3 conversions. I agree with you that "anonymous" should step forward with proof and have the decency to identify him/herself as well. I'd treat him/her like the troll they are and just go on about your business. I certainly appreciate your conversions and have plenty in my game. Thanks for sharing!

People say stupid crap all the time because they can hide behind their anon identity on the internet. They probably have a sad miserable life and just wanted to stir up some drama. We're all using another persons work in some way whether its cloning a maxis mesh or using google images - and there's nothing wrong with that! Don't let it get you down.. keep doing what you're doing!

The more you're greedy to share to become popular, the more you'll get trouble.

If I recolour, it's for my game pleasure and to test. And I often test and offer (share less). I can't call myself a recolourist approved and praised, but I still try and love. So whoever's meshes I'd recolour, if I don't share and just respect one rule For your gaming pleasure (see how it is ingame with my Sims and lots), wow I still think it's the best.

Didn't I say there's much drama inside the S2 community ? I know that Piggi (from Germany) once posted an announcement saying that some people were not happy with her using CC textures for Maxis content. OK from Piggi I got the message. Now I don't share anymore my recolours but use meshes without permission because even for asking permission from some meshers I never got any reply. Other meshers don't feel offended, don't need to be put on a pedestal each time.

it's same old thing a lot of people through Internet violates other people's sites to make the owners miserable,(that's they think hey !) it's quite easy to bullshit and telling an opinion without being guilty hidden behind a computer, instead of telling their point of view in front of you in real life, the thing these kind of people ignore is they are just humble themself only, what a stupid world we live in.

Hun, this is just needless hostility. The person has a right to an opinion, yes, but not to throw all that abuse at you. We are lucky to have this wonderful community of simmers here at BPS but I'm sure the staff regularly have to 'remove' the bad grapes from the bunch that like to weed their way in. The internet is a fantastic place to bring the world together, but unfortunately the freedom that it provides also means you'll come into contact with some nasty people who get their kicks out of upsetting others.

You'll have to try to put it behind you and like the others have suggested, edit your settings so you can approve comments before they're posted.

I'm sorry you've gone through this, it's not nice, but really their opinion means nothing because it's worth nothing.
