Round 2 Details
Round 2
For the second round, you must decorate the 104 square maximum apartment. It must have 5 separate rooms: a master bedroom, a children’s bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining and living room in one. If you have some sort of hallway/entrance, it must be integrated in the dining/livingroom. You cannot merge the kitchen with the dining and living room, and you cannot have any wall openings between the kitchen and dining/living room, except for a door or arch. The child’s bedroom must be for one child only, but this child can be of any age (baby, toddler, child or teenager).
You can still change the apartment’s interior walls and the placement of doors, if you wish, but you cannot change the windows in any way.
The style of the apartment is totally up to you, but there are a few requirements.
1) The children’s bedroom must have at least one wall in a shade of blue or green.
2) There must be a tv in the livingroom.
3) There must be a vase with purple flowers in the diningroom.
4) The kitchen must have a tiled floor.
5) The master bedroom must have a wooden floor.
6) Please put a rug in the child’s bedroom.
7) Put a painting that contains yellow or orange anywhere in the apartment.
Maximum 13 pictures, of which one must be an overview shot.

Question: Since the Living and Dining are the same does it matter where the vase with the purple flower is or does it have to be on the dining table?
It doesn't have to be on the dining table per se, just somewhere in the dining area. If you happen to find a better place for the vase in the living area, that's ok too. As long as there's a vase with purple flowers in that dining/living room, you're good with the rules.
ETA Since I won't be around tonight or tomorrow morning to close round 1, I'm extending it for 24 hours. Hopefully that will also allow Linda, Kimberley and Juliette to get their entries in.
