Dora - Application
I think I did about 4 houses until I was a bit more satisfied with this....Sorry for the kind of lousy pictures, but I'm so tired and need to get to bed. And since the deadline is tomorrow, I wanted to get the app in.
The first floor has the smallest apartment, a laundry and a gym with an indoor swimmingpool
The second floor has apartment two and three
The third floor has the second floor of apartment three and a large balcony...

Edit: Twelve more hours until the deadline. I'm going to allow further apps after the deadline, until the first round deadline, but those who do that won't be eligible for favourite pictures (extra points) for the app round, and will have to finish both the app and first round before the first round deadline.
I'll post round 1 info when I get back home in a couple of hours.

Round 1 Info
Round 1
For this first round, you must decorate the smallest apartment. It may have only two rooms, of which one contains the bathroom, and the other contains the bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. You must decorate this apartment with a single sim in mind.
You can still change the apartment’s interior walls and the placement of doors, if you wish, but you cannot change the windows in any way.
The large room, that contains the bedroom, kitchen, dining and living areas, cannot be divided by full walls with doors in them. You can however use half walls and screens to make some areas a bit more closed off. Even a couple of full height walls are allowed, but no more than 2 in a row please.
The style of the apartment is totally up to you, but there are a few requirements.
1) You must include a musical instrument. This can be decorative or functional.
2) There must be something red in the apartment. This can be an object, a wall, it doesn’t matter, but I want to see something red.
3) You must include a cactus.
And of course, not too much clutter!

That's correct, it can't be a separate room.
Edit: I may not be able to get online tomorrow, so if you have any urgent questions, I hope my jugdes Rayanne and Stefi will be able to answer them. Mostly you can assume that anything I haven't mentioned is allowed.
