could somebody tell what I need to do to put objects in diagonal?

You have to enter a cheat. Press in game ctrl+shift+C and cheat window opens, than type "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true" and to turn it off "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation false". There are also I think special OMSP's at TSR (prolly by Anoeska) which turn your objects in any direction, but not sure and never used them.
