    Default How/can you snap objects to grid in sims3???

    I tried to use that cheat, but its not working...or does it in sims3? I want to be able to move things anywhere. Help!

    DisableSnappingToSlotsonAlt on

    Enable the cheat and then press and hold alt while moving the object.

    May also need to use moveobjects on

    Or you can just hold down the alt key while placing stuff. The cheats are only needed if you have trouble getting something to stop snapping

    Is there a way to get paintings to not snap, even with the cheat I cant place it out of the grid sort a speak, I am doing something wrong.

    No, I think you can`t use this for moving pictures. This is the only thing I miss from Sims2, not being able to move objects on the wall up and down wherever I want.
