All my male Sims are bachelor's....
Does this actually have to be an apartment, or can we use like an open area with like a staircase that leads to an upstairs area? I'm leaning more towards a loft or something like that.
Forgot...Since I'm so new to this, are we allowed deco objects and some clutter?!!?
Lame question, I know....
One more question.....Is there a specific color patttern we have to follow or can we free-style?!!?

Hey Ed. It can be anything you like, doesnt necessary have to be an apartment, sorry that was misleading. Could be a log cabin in the woods, if anyone wants to do thatHeck even a grungy little flatlet above a motorcycle shop! Lol
All Im really looking for is living/dining/kitchen areas in one space. So a loft would be ideal
Oh and ........it must look like it belongs to a man.
Clutter/style/colours....ect... are entirely up to you.
