Franco I've just merged your threads. Only one album is allowed, please post any updates to your album here and here only. I've also removed your image tags "[img]" as your pics are way too large and exceed the size allowed of 800x800 pixels. Once you've resized them you may place the tags back.

Are you using Photobucket? If so there is an option to set your pics so that all pics come out the same size, at whatever size you choose. You should find more options, in the same area as when you upload your pics.

Nope, if you look in the area where it says to upload your image there is a selection for more options. Under that you are able to choose what size you would like your pics to be. Choose the size you want and then save.
