What's the opposite of WCIF? (grocery items)

I can't find the thread where someone asked for grocery store items and Cat3's set from TSR was mentioned. I said I had seen it for free on another site and I'd be back with the information when I found it again.

Well, I found it, and like I said I can't find the thread again, so here's the link anyways. Moderators, I'm only doing this weird thing because I can't figure out what I should do instead, so if the thread has to be demolished, moved, or consolidated, sorry about making extra work.

I'm not marking the thread "solved" because I would like whoever it was that asked for this to see this before it's archived or whatever.
