For answer to your question, Honestly, the only thing I like in s3 is the open world, and decorating...I think that building is quite difficult for me at least, it is...and some change from s2, annoy me a little..
This is why I do not intend for the moment to drop my S2 for the benefit of s3 ....but from time to time change is not bad...it's pretty cool:santadance:

I like the Sims3 pics! Especially the bedroom looks great.
