Yeah I think it's glass floor and fence around it, it's not an object I think.

Oh, i'm sorry, I explained bad! (I'm swedish...) but I ment the white, like the ceiling thing, around the window... so you can take nice photos and stuff... (I'm really bad at explaining things... particular in english! >.<)
I've seen somewhere, when they say that it's an object you put...
but mabye it's a angle in-game.... that's why i'm asking!

Hi Julia, which picture are you referring to? I cannot see any pic.
to view the underside of the roof (which is only really good for picture taking)
you have to have walls up/roof on. Then you page up until you are at the
roof level (you should find yourself above the roof, outside- if not page up again.)
From there you use the cameraman mode. Hit your tab key, then press and hold the Q
key on your keyboard to sink down into the room. More info on cameraman mode (from the
sims2wiki) below
* TAB Key
Puts the game into Cameraman mode, allowing better and more control of the camera. Make sure you are in live mode before going into Cameraman mode or you will see grid lines on the ground and floating where floor tiles may be placed.
* W and S keys
W moves the camera forward. S moves it backward.
* A and D keys
A moves the camera left. D moves it right.
* Q and E keys
Q lowers the camera. E raises it.
* + and - minus
Zooms in and out. The further you are zoomed in, the smaller the increment you will move when using the WASD keys if you have the camera hack as advised above.
