Im pretty sure the island is made using counters & shelves and the boolprop snapobjects and 45degree angle cheat. Thats how I make islands like that all the time. As for the sink no clue sorry.

Hebby Lorisha is correct I use 45degree angle cheat, and the shelf came with AL. I just moved the shelf's down until I got it to the height that I wanted. The sink HERE

Hebby, while most shelves would do, you do need AL to get the vertical shiftable function otherwise the shelf would sit too high or too low .. is my guess anyway. Unless someone has a better idea.
