WCIF from Living Sims Magazine

I was looking through issue 9 of living sims magazine and fell in love with Sulphur Springs Retreat. I was wondering if its available to download anywhere.
And I always see the ad for The Boardwalk Cafe (found on page 70)...I was wondering if this lot was available to download somewhere as well.

These lots were both made by Sarah (sixtyten) specifically for the pictures in the magazine, and are not available for download as far as I am aware. I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure that she won't upload them, especially the boardwalk cafe, but you could alway pm her here or at the Living Sims forum just to make sure.

I'd really love these in my game. I was hoping they were available somewhere. They are beautiful!!
