Well, sims2designavenue have one, I think. And I know there is one at MTS2 but I can't remember the name of the creator.
Ive done a search at mts2,but it came up with nothing!

I am sure if you place it using cheats you can have the clock "face" be the wallcovering backround iinstead of the window glass.
