    Question "True Sunken Basement"

    Hey guys, i have a question i just wanted to know how to build such a "sunken basement":

    thats a normal basement, the basement on the pic is on a level with the floor, i dont know how to say it in english :(

    OOPS... I didnt even really notice that till you pointed it out! Maybe ask the person that built that lot, if you know where that lot is available. I hope someone can be of more help to you! Sorry again!

    V1ND1CARE has shown this pic on MTS2 as an example for a tutorial that she wanted to upload.But I have never been able to find the tutorial.Not sure if V1ND1CARE finally decided to upload it .
