    [SOLVED] Patterns PSP X2

I've been a recolouring binge for the past few days and I am on a mission to find patterns for Paintshop Pro X2.

    TIA andkisses:

As long as the file is an image file, you can use it as a pattern in PSP. if PS uses a different file type for patterns, like they do for brushes, if they mention image packs or stamps included, those are just gifs or jpgs or pngs of the brush/pattern you can use in PSP. Just stick them in a folder and make sure PSP looks to that folder for Patterns

Squidfingers and Fat Strawberry make tileable patterns, made to reuse, and just want a link back.

DeviantArt is basically where I get most of my graphic stuff. From the main page, select resources & stock images ( or http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/?order=9 should take you there). From the resource section, try textures, application resources (then pick a program- this is where brushes are, fyi), or clipart. Stock images could be helpful if your blending for paintings. Just check each persons terms, as they very. Most require a link back. Anything that is outside of the resources section is not for alteration or reuse unless you get written permission from the artist.

Garden of Shadows also has a list of texture sites in their creator help section

If I open any file png, bmp, jepg with PSP ( i have only Paint Shop Pro 7) just with right click on the pattern and open with psp I can use it. If the pattern is open with PSP its usual in the pattern section from PSP, but only if it is open in PSP ..ugh cant explain it right made just a quick pic what I mean. But I have put the image nowhere in any folder from PSP this way. If I close the pattern its no more in the section from the pic...make this sense?
And I gave just a few days ago some links to Cracy tulip here with patterns:

Like Sawcat said, check out DeviantArt

Resources & Stock Images > Application Resources > Photoshop Patterns

Then on the right click "all time". You'll get loads of patterns come up. Now alot of them are .pat files which are for Photoshop and thus unusable for you but I'd say 80% of the files come with all the patterns from the .pat file in .jpg or .png format too, so you can just take the images and use them in Paintshop...they're all seamless too.
