I thought pic 1 looked like Olemantikers mediterrainean window? Pic 2 looks like the windows from Chinafansims

Pic 1 -the Window at the right looks a lot like the "Casement Windows" by Mummysim, find here: http://linna.modthesims2.com/browse.php?f=380&u=60761 They came up in two versions, one normal sized and the second like in the pic, a smaller size to fit above counters a.s.o.
