To be on the safe side, you should all the files delete, which consists only of numbers.
Of cause they could be any recolors of anything or bodyshop items!

Well, I used clean install. and delphy, but I couldn`t find them. There was no file says: mailbox. Does somebody knows the file consist only numbers? Maybe I could delete them that way? Thanks...
If you have a general idea of where it's at in your downloads folder, or if you're really patient, you can find them with the Clean Installer. In the image box, the mailboxes look like this:
The one on the left is, I believe, the wooden post part, and the one on the right is the box part, so the colors will change from file to file, but the basic shape will not. Hope that helps, and good luck!
Awwwww man! I have so many of those dang recolors! Sooooo....if they're all letters and numbers I can delete them, correct? (just want to make sure before I mindlessly start deleting recolors!) ;)

Be careful when you delete the numbers. I did that once and my sims homes and hairs and all that stuff were blank or with maxis content.
