This is the very, first poem I ever wrote wanted to share it with you guys.
The Seductive Dance
She dances her seductive dance by night
A fire burning casts an eerie light
Dark passion flames in her eyes of red
As she sings her haunting song of the dead.
The haunting melody echoes through the land
Bringing forth a once silent death band
Crys of time long gone by is the only sound
Then awaken the people of the ground.
They rise from the ground like a rageing sea
The creatures of the night can now be free
They walks towards their mistress, their queen
And blazing eyes is all that can be seen.
Screams of the dead she has awakened
The living souls she has forsaken
Will you survive?Will you live?
Not if you have nothing to give.

The Crossing
We dwell in thoughts of times long gone by
Never really understanding why
So much emotion locked inside
So many voyages towards the other side.
A journey through the murky gates of time
A trip from this world to the other side
The spirits sway too and fro
To a melody of which unknown.
In this sea of darkness he dwells
His soul to the devil he will sell
So much hurt and anger he has inside
A cage he has made his own mind.
Ever dangerous are these traps we create,
Beyond the ebony threshold he shall wait,
There is known a sight of decay, a taste of lime,
A despair felt beyond mirrors, beyond time.

This Poem was written for The lost Baby Girls of China. I'm sure many of you have read in a few cases due to the population in China and only being allowed to have one child, poor families who have baby girls abandon them in Orphanges because they want boys to carry on the family name.
I read a book a while backed called " The Lost Daughters Of China" by Karen Evans published in 1998. This book touched me deeply, breaking my heart as I followed the adoption process of a family adopting a daughter from China. I learned many sad, disturbing things that darkened my outlook on life this is a poem summing it all up.
Secrets Of Life
Shadows play across the land
Darkness falls by god's hand
A child's cry is heard in the night
A lost daughter of China, hidden out of sight
Her mother watches a distance away
Honestly she has but nothing to say
She waits until someone picks up the small child, but three days old
Then she turns fading into the cold
Why would she do that? Why would she leave her small daughter behind?
Sadly China's one child policy is not so very kind
Families wanting only sons, to carry on the family name
Give up their baby girls and feel not a bit of shame
They drop them in streets, on orphanage steps, in the woods, by rivers
Babies everywhere, abandoned, left alone, lost such thoughts bring me shivers
Yet such is the way now, such is how the world is going, to hell
Yet there is nothing to be done or said, we soon shall fall into darkness so deep you'd swear it was an empty well.

It does not flow as well as others I've wrote but really my emotions were rather off. These Poems are a bit of the darker side of me but most of my poems are dark somewhat exotic in a way. I hope you liked them.
