Default Can Maya be used for meshing for the Sims 2?

I am assuming that it can, since it IS a meshing program, but is the resulting file compatible with UV mapper/the Sims 2??

I ask because I have Maya...I am not FAMILIAR with Maya, but I DO have it...just seems like you can do SO much more in Maya than can be done in Wings. Although when I look at Maya, I can't figure out how to select vertices/edges/faces...

I think Roy could answer your question Dida.
I think he uses Maya to make his wonderful graphics.
Have a look in the Graphics Corner.
I did the same then you're doing now,in the beginning,
hunting for a program what did more then Wings.
Or what did it easier then Wings, but I wanted a free one.
Once you get used to Wings, you can do anything in it.
